4th pool of energy is the Heart Chakra & is located in the Thymus.
5th pool of energy (Throat) is the Sound chakra located in the Thyroid gland.
6th pool of energy (Light) is the 3rd eye chakra located in Pituitary gland.
7th pool of energy (Thought) is the Crown chakra located in the Pineal Gland within the brain.
Chakras: pool of spiraling energy within our bodies. Opening the path allows your chakra to flow freely from energy pool to energy pool. Every pool has a purpose & can be blocked by “SPECIFIC” emotional muk.
Earth Chakra: located at the base of the spine, deals with “Survival” & is marked by “Fear”. Surrender your “Fears” allow them to flow down the creek to mingling with higher chakras.
Water Chakra: Deals with “pleasure” & is blocked by “guilt”. Where do your burdens lie? Forgive Yourself!
Fire Chakra: located in the stomach & deals with “Willpower” & is blocked by “Shame”. What are your biggest disappointments in life?
Heart Chakra: Deals with “Love” and is blocked by “Grief”. Love is an abundance energy, Allow the pain & grief that festers in your heart to flow down the creek.
Sound Chakra: Located in the thyroid [throat] it deals with “Truth” & is blocked by “Lies”. This chakra of truth pushes you in the direction of your true nature, practice inner acceptance instead of clout chasing.
Light Chakra: Located at the corner of the forehead [pineal gland] it deals with “insight” & is blocked by “illusion”. We are all one collective consciousness, one race of people but we live as if we are divided, 4 parts of a single whole. Ex: Metal is a element of Earth, purely refined. Thought Chakra: Located at the crown of the head it deals with “pure cosmic energy” (Wu-Chi) & is blocked by “Earthly attachment” (Loved Ones). Meditate on what attaches you to this physical world.
